Job Overview:

The Laundry Services team is vital in maintaining a clean and secure setting for our residents by ensuring their apparel is spotless, well-maintained, and there is always enough fresh bedding available. Every member of the team plays an important role in fulfilling our goal to deliver top-notch services.

Duties:

• Gather used laundry from the chute and carry it to the laundry area.

• Deliver freshly laundered items to the appropriate resident rooms while following infection control guidelines.

• Organize residents' drawers and wardrobes neatly.

• Help locate lost clothing articles.

• Take care of all laundry machinery properly.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in laundry operations is advantageous.

• Capability to comprehend and execute instructions.

• Background in hospital or elder care environments preferred.

• Professional attitude with outstanding customer service capabilities.

• Fundamental reading and writing proficiency.
